Workmanship was great and work was completed in a short timeframe, even for such a large project, by a large, conscientious crew. We chose Baker based on our neighbor's recommendation and honestly couldn't have had a more professional and thorough company to work with. I would give 6 stars if possible! From estimate to completion all work was done on time and to our utmost satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with having an on-the-job foreman like Troy, and Justus doesn't just carry a clipboard: he returns to inspect the job and get dirty.

We used Baker several years ago for the replacement of our roof. They were the least expensive of the several quotes we received and did a wonderful job. When it came time to replace gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffit, we did not even get a second quote. As the install progressed, Chris showed us all the existing wood damage and the approximate additional cost. Upon completion, they left the area in excellent condition.

Ian Edwards did a very thorough inspection and helped us understand the various roofing tiles and the flashing that was largely missing. I called on Ian Edwards to inspect the roof because I'd been impressed previously with his knowledge and honesty. Although Baker had not installed my roof, I wanted someone I knew I could trust. Ian took his time to do a thorough inspection, shared the results and his recommendations, and sent me pictures. You might find a cheaper roofing company, but I very much doubt that you will find anyone better.

I contacted Troy after I noticed some stains on my ceiling that led me to believe I had a roof leak. They had a technician at my house the very next day, then laid out several options so I could choose the level of repair I was comfortable with. I never felt pressured to spend more at any point, and if I ever need a more in-depth repair I will definitely be giving Troy a call again!
