The Baker Way for Lasting Protection
We install underlayment along the vulnerable areas of your roof like the flashing, valleys and low sloped areas to provide additional protection from driving rain and wind.
For stronger weather protection, our team will replace the felt paper base of traditional roofing with a woven synthetic underlayment. This extra step also offers a safer work surface for our roofing technicians.
The aluminum drip edge that we install is designed to direct water away from the edges of the fascia and roof deck to provide superior protection from forceful or wind-driven rain.
Our NeverLeak pipe flashings feature a powder-coated aluminum base, elastomeric collar seal and hidden fasteners and clips to prevent leaks. We add an additional protective elastomeric collar seal for ultimate longevity.
Our high-quality enamel flashings include kick-out flashings to direct water into the gutter; apron flashings with anti-leak hidden fasteners and clips; and brick wall flashings cut into mortar joints and sealed.
You May Not Need a New Roof
Many homes only need a repair. We always look for the smallest fix first. If a repair saves you money, we will tell you. If you do need a new roof, we will explain why.
