Building a Better Community Together

Why This Matters
Casa King’s mission is vital. It offers housing solutions for underserved populations, including low-income families, single parents, and individuals experiencing homelessness. By working together, we’ve helped create a safe and welcoming space for those working toward a more stable, hopeful future.
King’s Ridge Project
King’s Ridge opened its doors on January 28, 2025, marking a new chapter of hope and opportunity for its tenants.
This 100-unit community offers a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes, designed for families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
For the first time, Casa King is also providing on-site supportive services to ensure residents receive the care they need. The building features two medical clinics, case managers, a tenant liaison, and a flexible community space, all thoughtfully created to foster healing and provide a nurturing, supportive environment.
Our Role in the King’s Ridge
As part of our community involvement, we proudly donated 95% of the roofing services to the King’s Ridge project, the largest, most ambitious project to date of Casa King. This included installing CertainTeed Landmark shingles complete with proper penetrations and ventilation, ensuring long-lasting protection for the homes.
In total, our services in this project included:
- Shingle installation for the vestibule roof
- Gutters and gutter guards
- 12 additional vents for enhanced ventilation
- Custom metal AC line covers
- An AB Roof system with reinforced papers
These contributions, in partnership with CertainTeed Landmark, reflect our passion for providing high-quality work and giving back to the community we love.
