How much do we charge for new siding?
Siding cost depends on home size, material choice (vinyl, fiber cement, or wood), and any rot repair needed underneath. Most full siding replacements in the Triangle range based on home size. We give you an upfront price after measuring. 0% financing is available on approval.
What warranty comes with the work?
Lifetime warranty is available on our full siding installations, on top of the manufacturer's warranty (30 years on most fiber cement). If our work fails, we come back at no charge.
How fast can you install new siding?
Most siding projects in the Triangle span several days depending on home size and material. We protect your landscaping, inspect and replace any rotted sheathing underneath, and clean up every scrap before we leave.
Do you offer free estimates?
Every estimate is free and no obligation. Our project manager measures your home, inspects the existing siding and any moisture damage underneath, takes photos, and walks you through what we recommend.
What happens during a siding install?
We strip the old siding, inspect and repair any rotted sheathing, install proper house wrap, then install your new siding with correct fasteners and flashing. Trim and accents go on last. The project manager walks the work before we leave.
