Roof replacement cost depends on your roof size, materials, and decking condition. Most asphalt shingle replacements in the Western NC range based on the scope. After we inspect, you get an upfront price before any work starts. We also offer 0% financing for 24 months.
Lifetime warranty is available on every roof we install, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty (30 years to lifetime depending on shingle). If our work fails, we come back at no charge.
We usually inspect your roof within a few days. Once you sign and we order materials, most asphalt shingle roofs in the Western NC install in 1 to 2 days. We protect your landscaping during the install and clean up every nail before we leave. Larger or more complex roofs take longer. Storm season affects timing.
Every estimate is free, in-home, and no obligation. Our project manager climbs your roof, inspects the decking and flashings, takes photos, and walks you through what we found. You decide on your timeline, not ours.
We protect your landscaping and gutters, strip the old roof to the deck, inspect the wood, replace damaged decking and flashing, install fresh underlayment, install your new shingles or panels to manufacturer specs, and clean up every scrap. The project manager does a final walkthrough before we leave.
