Roof repair cost depends on the source of the leak, materials needed, and how much decking is damaged underneath. Most small repairs in the Lowcountry range from a few hundred to low thousands. We give you an upfront price after inspecting, before any work starts. 0% financing is available on larger jobs.
Lifetime warranty is available on full roof replacements we install, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty (30 years to lifetime depending on shingle). If our work fails, we come back at no charge.
We inspect most roofs within a few days, sometimes same day for emergencies. Most repairs are completed in a single visit once we have materials. After storms we prioritize tarps for active leaks so your home stops taking water damage while you decide on the full repair plan.
Every inspection is free and no obligation. Our project manager climbs your roof, finds the source of the leak or damage, takes photos, and walks you through what we found. You decide on the timing of the repair, not us.
We isolate the source of the leak or damage, replace any rotted decking, swap out damaged flashing or shingles, seal everything to manufacturer spec, and clean up every nail. The project manager walks the roof one last time and shows you what was done before we leave.
