Metal roofs cost more upfront than asphalt but last 2-3x longer. Standing seam in the Western NC starts in the mid-teens for an average home and scales with roof size and complexity. After we inspect, you get an upfront price before any work starts. 0% financing is available on approval.
Lifetime warranty is available on every roof we install, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty (40 years to lifetime depending on the panel system). If our work fails, we come back at no charge.
Metal roof installs typically take 3-5 days depending on roof size and complexity. We protect your landscaping, replace any damaged decking, install proper underlayment, and clean up every screw before we leave.
Every estimate is free, in-home, and no obligation. Our project manager climbs your roof, inspects the decking and flashings, takes photos, and walks you through what we found. You decide on your timeline, not ours.
We strip the old roof, inspect and replace damaged decking, install high-temp underlayment, then install your metal panels or shingles to manufacturer spec with proper flashing and trim. The project manager does a final walkthrough before we leave.
